I recently purchased a 2012 Honda CRV from your company and couldn't be

happier with the new car or my dealings with your personnel.  Everyone who

helped me, including John, the salesman, to Drew, were forth-coming and

informative.  I'm a 68 year old female and have bought several cars from

various dealerships.   I have never been treated with the respect and interest

that everyone at Pecheles showed me.  Even before I made a decision to buy

with your company, I was given a bumper to bumper, inside and out "tour" of

the car and it's many features.  Normally, salesmen do not inform women of 

mechanical details, especially concerning the motor and safety information.  They

were also intent on making certain I understood the product and how it performed.

When I returned to pick up the car, it was late in the day and your staff was very

busy with other sales, etc.   Instead of making me wait, they assigned a young man

to again go over the functions of the car and answer my questions.  I'm sorry I can't

remember his name, he was not only patient, but also down-loaded my phone

numbers without my asking.  I was quite impressed with his attitude and knowledge. 

Your dealership was the third I researched before making the decision to buy and

no one was as forth-coming as Drew when it came to the actual purchase.    My

experience with  Pecheles Motors has been the best I've ever had and I will

continue to deal with this dealership and recommend it to others.   Thank you for
